As Co-Founder and CEO, Mark established Rally Partners after three decades of leadership in the insurance, employee benefits, and HCM sectors. He brings his industry expertise to every stage of the process, guiding custom HR solutions that combine the integration and deployment of HCM technology with cutting-edge benefits strategies.
Prior to co-founding Rally Partners, Mark served as Chief Sales Officer of ProHCM, where he spearheaded the strategy and execution of the company’s marketing automation and CRM systems. He leveraged long-lasting relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, and employers to build a national technology distribution network. In addition to his work with ProHCM, Mark served as Vice President of Business Development of IBX, a subsidiary of Alliant Insurance Services, and Vice President of Employee Benefits/National Practice Leader of Worksite Benefits for Alliant Insurance Services. He has been recognized as an industry leader in Voluntary Benefits, and was invited to join Advisory Boards for Aflac, Trustmark, and Unum.
Mark holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU and earned his BA in Economics from Bowdoin College.
As Co-Founder and Chairman, Mino guides the agency with expert precision, ensuring that the agency stays focused on helping employers overcome any and all HCM obstacles. He’s worked closely with Mark on the intersections of HCM systems, employee benefits, and HR challenges, which ultimately led to the creation of Rally Partners. Mino uses his passion for team building, organizational design, and business strategy to help businesses put client success at their center. He specializes in a range of business advisory services—organizational reform, M&A, strategic renewal, and more—developing right-fit corporate strategies to position each client for success.
Having previously served as a partner at Goldman Sachs and later, in the investment management business, he knows firsthand what growth strategies work. As a hedge fund manager, asset manager, and venture capitalist, Mino uses his extensive financial and business development knowledge to guide both Rally Partners and their clients. He currently manages a portfolio of private investments in addition to his work with Rally Partners.
Mino holds an MBA from INSEAD and earned his BA in Government from Harvard College.
Jennifer develops personal relationships with every client to create meaningful, lasting partnerships and strategic, effective solutions. She plays a pivotal role in planning, developing, and implementing sophisticated workforce solutions. She is uniquely qualified to handle the broad scope of HR strategy, with extensive experience in employee recruitment, team training, procedural development, brand enhancement, and company culture advisement.
Jennifer founded Shore Strategies in 2007, where she helped companies navigate disruption to better optimize their internal and external processes. From helping attract and retain employees to developing branded training curriculum and onboarding programs, she strived to maximize team engagement. Jennifer found creative ways to support her clients at Shore Strategies through periods of growth and transition, navigating shifting markets and largescale change from a strategic standpoint. Prior to founding her own consulting firm, Jennifer worked with brands big and small to ensure consistency and alignment of brand identity, value proposition, and communication strategy, managing projects for companies including Simon & Schuster, Kaplan Educational Centers, Pepsi, Tropicana, Welch’s, Rubbermaid, and Heinz.
Jennifer holds an MS in Counseling & Personnel Services from Fordham University, and a BA in Psychology from Bucknell University.
